Glass Plate Slip Solution:
Bottleworks makes some great upgrades for 3D printers. Although I was having problems with their removable borosilicate glass plate slipping on the aluminum heater. I used a kitchen and bathroom silicon that was rated to 205C and applied it as a thin layer under the glass plate. After releveling, the silicon seems to have given the glass enough grip to stop the slipping.
